Rates

Rental periods generally begin and end on a Saturday although at times different arrival dates and trip durations can be considered.

Rates below include all gas, electricity, wifi internet, towels and bedding.

A returnable security deposit of £100 covering excessive cleaning costs and losses / breakages is added to each rental fee, which all being well following your stay, will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.  A cleaning fee of £40 will also be applied.

Duck Cottage Rates for the next year or so are as follows, and are subject to change without notice (minimum stay 4 nights):

6 Jan – 22 Mar 2024 – £70 per night

23 Mar – 24 May 2024 – £80 per night

25 May – 6 Sep 2024 – £90 per night

7 Sep – 1 Nov 2024 – £80 per night
